Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (if using email/password sign-in). If you use Sign In with Apple, we receive only the identifier Apple provides — no email unless you choose to share it.

When you generate content, we store the source URL or pasted text you provide, the AI-generated outputs for each platform, and basic metadata (timestamp, platforms selected, tone settings). This history is tied to your account so you can access it later.

We store your style preferences (default tone, CTA style, emoji/hashtag settings) so the app remembers them across sessions.

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To generate AI-repurposed content from your source material
• To enforce plan limits (Free: 3 posts/month; Pro: unlimited)
• To send push notifications when your content is ready
• To process and manage your subscription (Pro plan)

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Database and authentication hosting. Your account data and generated content are stored in Supabase. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Anthropic— AI model provider. The source text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to generate repurposed content. Anthropic does not store your inputs for training by default. See anthropic.com/privacy.
• RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management (iOS). If you upgrade to Pro, your purchase is processed through Apple and tracked via RevenueCat. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Expo / Expo Push Notifications— We use Expo's push notification service to deliver generation-complete notifications to your device. Only your device push token is shared. See expo.dev/privacy.
• Vercel — App hosting and serverless function execution. Requests are processed on Vercel infrastructure. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data Retention

Your account data and generated content are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including your profile, generated outputs, and style preferences — is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Subscription transaction records may be retained longer as required by Apple and financial regulations.

Your Rights

• Access and export — You can view all your generated content in the History tab at any time.
• Delete your account — Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account and all data. This cannot be undone.
• Opt out of notifications— You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's Settings app.

Children

Repurp is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
