Agreement

By creating an account or using Repurp (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Repurp converts long-form newsletter content you provide into drafts optimized for social platforms using AI. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it anywhere.

You must only submit content you own or have the right to use. You retain all rights to the content you submit and to the outputs generated from it.

Subscriptions

The free plan includes a limited number of generations per month. Repurp Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit content you do not have the rights to.
• Do not use the Service to generate spam, misinformation, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
• Do not share your account or resell access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repurp's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
